The Randy Shilts Center of Troy, Inc. is an all volunteer self help support group.

At present, we do not receive grant funding.

We are incorporated as a not for profit group in New York State, have NYS
tax exemption, and we are registered with the Charities Bureau to do direct
mail fund raising.

We do not have federal 501 (c) 3 tax exemption yet, so cash donations to the
center are not tax deductible at this time.

Our federal EIN number is: 06 - 1773037

Our New York State Exempt Organization Certificate # is: EX 242116

We are financed entirely by members, and friends of the center.

Our financial records are maintained by the accounting firm of
Anita L. Savoy, of Troy, and published on this web site, so the
general public can see how the donations we receive are spent.

They are available on the Ledger page.

It is a struggle to maintain the quality programs and services
that we now provide to the HIV / AIDS Community of the Capital
Region. Any financial assistance that you can provide will be much
appreciated, and go directly to benefit the HIV / AIDS affected
community we are serving.

If you are donating in memory of a loved one. and wish to have
their name added to our Memorial page on this web site, or on
the Memorial Plaque at the center, please advise, and print their
name clearly. We will include their DOB, and passing date if you
wish to include that information.

A suggested donation of $25.00 is required to have a name added
to the Memorial Plaque because it has to be sent out to be engraved.
