Q: How are you different from the other HIV / AIDS center in Troy?
L. M. - Troy

A: We are a grassroots organization. We are self administered, all
volunteer staffed, donation  funded by  community  members,  and
participatory  . . . . we feel that everyone  should  contribute in  the
various ways that they can, to help run and grow the center.

We are  building community . . . a self  help  support group  based on
collective experience / knowledge, and  peer  support  for  others  who
are dealing with the same issues.

Your site is beautiful! - - N.S. - Troy

Awesome. Thank you for all the effort. -- M.S. - Watervliet

Thank you for the site. I would like to visit in the near future
how do I get there?- - A. L - Albany

A: See map on Home page, or call for more detailed directions.

You guys are doing an outstanding job.
We'll be coming to your dinners and maybe bowling.
You're doing Troy proud. Keep it up.  Jim L. - Menands

Yes. An HIV Center in Troy that we can go to again.
Thank you, Thank you. - - D. S. - Troy

Congrats on your move to the new location in the church at
Hoosick & Tenth Sts. Much more convenient. We'll be there.
J. F. - Troy

Nice work. Good site. Good luck.
We'll come to your dinners.
Can we bring something?
M. W. - Troy

A: Our dinner's are catered, and prepared onsite.
But you are welcome to bring something.
Our Sunday Brunch is potluck . . . you might want
to bring something and join us then.
Either way you are quite welcome.

Looking  forward to  the Men's  Discussion  Group!
Steve really  knows his  stuff. We've listened to him
on the radio show, and at a Men's Group in Albany.
Now we can join you guys in Troy where we live.
R. G.

A: Thank you. We feel the same way.

There will finally be testing and a Men's Discussion
group at a Troy based HIV / AIDS support group.

Good to know that you are there doing so much for PLWA's.
I counsel people with HIV / AIDS for an agency in Troy.

Please put us on your mailing list, and send some of your brochures.
I will refer my clients to your support group.
P. B.

A: Thank You . . . we hear that basic comment from a lot of the folks
who get in touch with us. We appreciate your support.

The Memorial Plaque and Altar are a wonderful idea.
Thank You. I am sending a donation in memory of my
partner of 18 years who died last May. I will be coming
to your dinners as well.

A: You are welcome. We are also working to establish
a memorial tree planting program.

We attended the Memorial Dinner that you recently held
for our friend Ben who passed. You are to be commended
for the wonderful work you are doing for PLWA's.

Your dining hall is elegant, the memorial service was salient,
the dinner superb, the harpist was excellent. Ben would have
loved everything about the evening. Thank You.

He supported your organization, and you supported his
many friends in their sorrow at his passing. We all thank
you for that as well.
T.M. / G. C.
